Love the vanity!! But I don’t sent a Etra pice I didn’t need and I’m missing a piece I did need to finish the drew.

Looks cheap, but serves its purpose. The drawer with dividers won’t open fully. Honestly more of a novelty rather than functional furniture. Will be replacing within the year

This vanity is very pretty but was a nightmare to assemble. The lights are not real bulbs and require you to install them into a panel. I don’t know what we will do if one bulb goes out. I have built many items over the years and this was the most difficult and time consuming. Plan a full half day to build this.

I love the outlet, organization in the shelves, and lights that adjust brightness and warmth!

Dear Customer Service Team, I am writing to formally complain about a vanity I recently received that was delivered with non-functional lighting. The product was advertised and sold as a lighted vanity; however, upon delivery, the lights do not work at all, rendering the product incomplete and not fit for its intended purpose. I contacted your customer service team to request a resolution and was extremely disappointed with the support provided. The representative was unable to offer a reasonable solution or explain how a defective electrical component—specifically the lights and circuit board—could be replaced or repaired. Given the nature of the defect, one would reasonably expect that the faulty electrical components could simply be exchanged. Instead, no meaningful assistance or path to resolution was provided. This experience reflects a significant gap in both product quality control and customer service capability. Receiving a vanity without functioning lights, followed by ineffective support, falls well below acceptable standards and customer expectations. I am requesting prompt corrective action, either through replacement of the defective lighting components (including the circuit board) or a full replacement of the vanity.
