Commode 5 tiroirs en bois massif

So this was really hard to out together, the instructions are a nightmare, the quality of hole drilling left much to be desired yet STILL gets 5 stars because I really wanted an affordable all wood dresser. Its also a very class piece, love it!

We ordered 2 dressers. One came with a drawer piece split right in half, so we now have to wait for customer service to get back to us about sending a new one until it can be assembled and used. It also has a crack in the top, and a nick right in the front at a visible spot. The second one came missing screws. The drawers do not line up properly, there’s different size gaps between the drawers. They also seem to come out of place when opening and closing, because they are not on a track (just a piece of wood that they slide into), which makes it difficult to shut at times. The drawer bottoms are thin sheets of particle board which I wasn’t expecting. I’m only keeping them because it would be more of a pain to return at this point.

Be prepared for all the pieces! Time consuming job but it’s very nice and worth it.

The whole dresser is tipped, not level, hits the wall at the top while still 2” or more from the wall at the bottom. Back rails are too short. Used four, floor protector pads on the back legs and it’s still leaning. Frame and drawer faces only are wood. Still gassing after weeks although the smell is starting to dissipate. Glad it’s for wrapping supplies and not clothing. I liked that it was bigger at the bottom and got more narrow at the top but nothing said or showed that it tipped backwards. Who is that good for!? I regret this and am very disappointed.

The dresser took days for me to finish partly because I didn’t have a power drill. I was worried that it looked cheap while putting together but it turned out nicely. I would recommend. But the instructions were a tad confusing with only pictures so I wouldn’t want to assemble myself again.
