My Wayfair delivery was cancelled the day of the expected delivery because of damage. This was extremely inconvenient as I had to take off work specifically for the delivery. I reached out to Wayfair and after a 45 min chat all they could offer was a 10% off coupon towards the next purchase which was offensive because they offer that to everyone if you sign up for text alerts. Very disappointed with the customer experience.
