Delivery good. Nothing damaged except a mark across one of the tops, not sure I can get it out, but I don’t care, will be covered with clothing. Assembly standard. Followed another user’s post about not putting the cross bars so the handle of the drawer is open. Like the look. Practical too. Drawers are shallow, about 5 12” inside. If you use the crossbar, then you’ll only have about 3” deep of usable space. So I opted for the 5 12” space. The drawers have smooth slides but not full extension. Two units fit side by side perfectly if you want to combine. I’ll be using these as the drawer units in a custom closet so the 15 38” depth is perfect. I knocked a star off for the drawer depth being on the smaller side and not being able to fully open. But overall I am satisfied. The shaped bottom and handle openings adds some interest vs a plain set of drawers
