At least all the parts were there, one star. I’d say do not buy this dresser. There’s got to be something else of higher quality and easier to assemble. Even the warranty card says, “Édez ‘s furniture must be assembled and installed by trained technicians or person’s authorized by the establishment where it was purchased.” It is laminated particleboard that is 12 mm wide in most places, yes there are a lot of pre-drilled holes, and in my case, they actually lined up. However, I would say it is almost impossible to assemble this dresser without damaging it in someway. Some of the instructions are challenging to understand, so if you do ignore this review and are convinced this is the ONLY dresser that can meet your needs, go very slowly. Take inventory. Look ahead to the next instructions before proceeding. I hope you have a workbench and at least one other person to help. There is no bottom to the dresser so it is unstable. The internal structural supports are connected by two dowels (don’t hammer them in too far!) and 1 minifix screw/can nut. However the drawer backs are attached to the sides with 2 inch screws! And if they don’t go in perfectly straight will end up punching out of the laminate. The back of the dresser is 3mm pressboard that doesn’t add much sturdiness. It’s also nailed on and there are no preset holes for the nails. These too will punch through the laminate if you are too far to the left or right. There are no pre drilled holes for the rails that attach to the drawers either. They have to be screwed on while held in place. By some miracle, my drawers actually slide in although not super smoothly. It is not soft close. The finished dresser is very heavy and cannot be dragged across the floor because there is no solid bottom. Highly advise you to consider another dresser.

Looks clean and sleek. Pretty solid. Drawers open and close nicely. Very simple look. Perfect for a child or teen room. Draws are deep and have a lot of room. Overall it looks nice. Took about 3.5 hours to assemble (with two adult and a cordless drill for screwing) definitely time consuming. But directions and hardware are nicely labeled and easy to understand. Comes in two heavy boxes. And takes a large amount of space to lay out and assemble.

So disappointed in the quality of this dresser. Firstly- it took two *experienced* people four hours to put this together as the directions were mostly pictures with minimal information and no pre drilled holes on anything. Many of the pieces were already damaged out of the box and the material was quite cheap. It is a good size and the top piece is solid, but beyond that- this is not well made. I dont know how long it will actually last. The one pro is that it came delivered in two boxes so that it wasnt unbearably heavy and there were extra screws and parts for everything.

The pros and cons with this dresser. The cons are it had a bad factory smell. After 24 hours it goes away. It was extremely difficult to assemble. Some of the instructions were not clear. It feels very cheap and lots of particle wood. Pros are it’s a lot bigger then we expected and looks nice.
