Love the dresser. Disappointed because it was was damaged and one of the drawers does not close properly

It's the perfect color to match my old bedroom set. I had to request lower right drawer replacement, as it was damaged, even though, it was White Glove service. However, I received the replacement part, but was unable to replace damaged drawer because I couldn't the damaged drawer out off the track to put in new drawer. It'll be awhile for me to think of a resolution and to deal with trying without breaking or damaging another further.
