Commode double 9 tiroirs

I’ve built a lot of dressers over the years and I have to say, this was the EASIEST by far. The instructions were clear. The parts were all well-labeled. Give yourself plenty of time and approach it like a 3-D puzzle and you’ll have a great time building it. It’s also extremely functional and sturdy. I’m really impressed. I wish I could give it six stars.

I love this dresser! The antique look to it is so perfect. It was easy to put together but did take some time. The drawers are a little short, but deep enough that a decent amount of clothes will fit in them. It came with great hardware so the drawers glide smoothly.

We ordered this beautiful dresser, expecting to put it together. When FedEx delivered only one box out of two was delivered. We called Wayfair and they wanted us to send this back so they could ship out a whole one. We already had it on our floor ready to put together. All that was needed is the second box they did not send. Very dissatisfied with the customer service! Now they say it’s out of stock! We had to ship it back!

The item arrived with mulitple missing parts. This includes the following: part 9 missing 3 of them (large drawer front), part 10 missing 6 (small drawer front), part 15 missing 5 (drawer left side wall), part 16 missing 9 (drawer right side) part 18 (all 4 legs), part 19 missing 2 (all supports). The item can not be assembled as the item arrived missing parts. A photo can not be provided as the item was not assembled. Photo of the delivery is the only one provided.

Upon immediately opening one of the boxes (comes in two boxes)... every piece I picked out of the box was visibly very damaged. Tears, peeling, dents, missing paint, etc. I pulled out 8 pieces in total before I decided to call it and start a return. The box itself was packed extremely well. Shipping wasn't the issue. Poor quality control from the manufacturer. The actual material looks extremely cheap in person, not at all as nice as the product photos make it out to be. I would not recommend this to anyone.
