I want a refund for this item as it brought the wrong pieces and I won’t be able to use it

Firstly we received it with the wrong panel, so we asked them to send the correct piece. Instead, they sent a whole new dresser and suggested donating the rest. They could have opened it and sent just the panel. Instead, they put this issue on us. Dissatisfied.

Got this dresser in the color white after the first one I got from another brand turned out terribly. Very nice and simple, but the 9 drawers make great storage space.

This is a good dresser for my 11 yr old--lots of drawers. The drawers are smallish and the the quality is not great but for the price it works. The assembly was fun with a friend who likes puzzles.
