Avoid the Darylene Couch at All Costs! I purchased the Darylene Couch on April 1st, and after having it for about 8 weeks, I can confidently say it’s one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. Let me break it down for you: First of all, the pictures online are deceiving. The couch looks adorable and well-made in the photos, but in reality, it’s a completely different story. The couch is TINY, suitable only for a very small space. If you’re looking for something comfortable and spacious, this is not it. The fabric quality is abysmal. The cushions are made from cheap, low-quality material that started pilling within a few weeks. It looks shabby and worn out already, which is completely unacceptable for something brand new. I made the mistake of not opting for protection because I didn’t anticipate having issues so early on. Big mistake. When I contacted Wayfair to report the problems, they told me that since it was past their arbitrary 4-week window and I didn’t have protection, they couldn’t help me. Seriously, what kind of customer service is that? In short, DO NOT buy this trash couch. You’d be better off ordering a couch from Temu. Save your money, time, and frustration. The Darylene Couch is a total rip-off and Wayfair’s customer service is just as bad.
