The Good For storage, I’d probably give this cabinet 4 stars. The only downside is that the drawers are not very talldeep. I had planned to store off season purses in it, but went with sweaters instead because of the drawer depth. It is perfect for organized storage in my closet and I may order a second one to stack them. The assembly is fairly easy if instructions are included in the box. The Bad There were lots of parts and no assembly instructions in the box. I figured out the basics to put the cabinet frame and drawers together and where some of the parts went from pictures on the manufacturers site, but could not figure out how to attach the drawer slides so I reached out to Wayfair customer service three days ago. I later found that they had sent instructions to my Wayfair messages, but I was never notified by email or during follow up chats. The Ugly I scoured Wayfair, the manufacturer (LinsyHome) and the internet looking for instructions to no avail. I chatted multiple times with both Wayfair and Linsy customer service asking that instructions be emailed. Seems simple, right No one had instructions, everyone promised they would be sent within 48 hours. Nothing was ever sent except an email requesting I send pictures of the “misaligned leg that didn’t match with the holes.” The piece has no legs, so clearly my request for instructions was ignored. I sent pictures to a Linsy customer service agent and she told me I had the wrong slides (not true) and she would send me the correct slides plus instructions. That was over 24 hrs ago and I’ve had no follow up. My gut told me I was missing something simple so I did an internet search for side mounted drawer slides and discovered they come apart by pushing a small plastic tab on the piece that attaches to the drawer. As soon as I figured that out, I had them finished in less than 10 minutes. As a bare minimum, Wayfair and especially Linsy customer service should have copies of all assembly instructions for the products they sellmanufacture. Wayfair does a decent job of posting them for many products unfortunately not the case for this product. I had four days of frustration plus hours chatting with customer service for something that should have been resolved in a few minutes. Summary Nice cabinet, most frustrating customer service experience ever!

This shelf is very sturdy and somewhat heavy duty. It is a great size and can hold a good amount of items. I like the color of the wood and the quality is also very nice. I am happy to found this shelf to store additional items and recommend it.

This was much sturdier than I was anticipating. It’s heavy, yet not thick “wood.” The back panel is thicker and sturdier than typical. It has a small cut out for cords. Installation was easy, maybe 15 min. The shelf only has one option for placement and even the shelf hardware is sturdier (secured by screw) than typical. I could see using this for various purposes. It would be easy to connect multiple. Very clean and modern looking. Pleased.

I'm using this underneath a bench for shoe storage and it works reasonably well. I wear men's size 10-10.5 and have to store them sideways. The roller for the drawer doesn't seem the most even or sturdy, but it works fine enough for sheos.
