The loveseat arrived before the estimated arrival time (LOVE THAT). It was exactly what I expected it to be. The price was great too. Some assembly required but it was sliding the 2 back pieces onto the base. Very simple and NO tools required. I love this thing. Thank you Wayfair.

Couch is nice and firm but not hard. Reclining legs could be a bit stronger. Assembly was super easy. Very dark in color. Delivery was quick and efficient. 1 star because of a price drop and Wayfair’s policy. in regard

I just received it today. It looks like a great color and comfortable!! I’ll update how the (self) assembly goes. Also if my dogs scratch or dirty it. the delivery was excellent!!

I was really happy that the sofa was delivered earlier than the scheduled delivery date. Since it’s a heavy item, Wayfair included free delivery and setup right in my preferred room, which made the whole process super convenient. They also called at least 30 minutes before arrival to make sure someone was home, which I really appreciated. The delivery team was very nice and polite. They brought it all the way up to my third-floor apartment and set it up quickly without any issues. The sofa itself is manual recline, but it’s very smooth and easy to use. You can even recline it almost flat, which is perfect if you want to take a quick nap or just fully relax. The fabric feels soft and slightly velvety, but it doesn’t seem like it will attract dirt easily. It is a bit on the firmer side, like some other reviews mentioned, but still very comfortable for lounging and watching TV in the living room. Overall, I’m really satisfied with this purchase and the whole delivery experience.
