We just opened the bedroom set we bought from you a couple of months ago and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the quality provided, some items were just straight up broken while others looked like they were given absolutely no thought or attention. Especially the dresser, I have never seen such a poorly built item before, just take a look at the attached pictures. I reached out to wayfair and they forwarded my concern to the manufacturer that was absolutely useless and said there’s no warranty for this. Do not waste your money on this as you will be very disappointed.

The delivery guys assembled my furniture and punctured a dent on the headboard for using the wrong screw. I would like it replaced.

I have had bedroom set for about 6 months now, do not waste your money. The set is made of particle board with a cheap laminate over it. The drawers do not slide in easy, no metal guides just wood supports. The installation screws, lift the laminate and create a bubble. The headboard laminate is not sticking to particle board, so every time I move my head it sounds like a sticker being peeled. Complete waste of my money!

Brought for my girl and she loves it great purchase

The bedroom set looks very nice and we paid for the assembly which was well worth it. The technicians were professional and efficient. The only issue is the material is not the highest quality as there is already a chip in it from a small bump with other furniture. Overall we are happy though.
