Overall, the chair and ottoman are very comfortable, and the upholstered photos are mostly accurate. There was damage to the box on delivery, as well as slight damage to some of the legs, which I installed in the back of the chair to avoid visibility. However, the legs are much lighter than they appear in the picture. If I had known how light they were, I would've probably gone with another product.

I love this recliner! Delivery was very prompt and professional, and I put it together myself. Took me about a half hour, but I got it done. I love WAYFAIR.
