I guess that saying that you get what you pay for is true. While I love the style and color of this set, it is not good quality. If you need furniture that you will actually use on a daily basis, save your money and buy something else! This furniture is not comfortable. The back is low and has very little padding on the cushions. It feels both stiff and flimsy. Item arrived with a visible rip in the front of the sofa. Customer service did offer me 15% refund but it was only given for that specific item, not the entire purchase so it was less than $50 credit. My invoice is also incorrect, stating that I got two "storage end tables" when that is not an accurate representation of the items that I received. I get that it may be what they called the item, but it is not reflective of what I actually got. I got a sofa, chair, and 2 ottomans, none of which offer storage. Directions are relatively easy to follow. This set took my husband and I about 3 hours to put together as several of the parts did not fit well and required a lot of effort to assemble. The back panels of the sofa do not line up very well. I implore you not to get this if you actually want real furniture that you will use every day. Buyer be warned.
