Has a lot of support. Materiel is nice and the quality is good. It has a smooth roll to it and was easy to build. The shopping was fast and not too heavy of a box. Really like this chair a lot. Worth the buy.

This office chair was easy to assemble except for the headrest. The screws for the headrest were very difficult to line up and I could not tighten them enough so it doesn't shake a little. Overall it is pretty comfortable, I like the cloth armrests instead of vinyl as vinyl irritates my arms.

5 star chair but 4 stars for the headrest. I really enjoy how comfortable this chair is. Put it together fairly easily and was not too much of a hassle. The headrest is very floppy though. I could not get the screws to line in to thread properly so I ended up just taking the headrest back off. Over all very happy with the chair and most important the comfort for working at a desk!
