I watched this item waiting for it to go on sale, but I bit the bullet. Unfortunately, there were so many defects on this bookshelf. Every piece out of the box, never touched by me before, had splintered, there were parts where the wood was split, a hole drilled diagonally, so the screw wouldn’t go in, and when put together, it wobbled. I’m actually reaching out to customer service because it’s a little ridiculous how bad the condition is.

Amazing for display deco and accent, lightweight but does its job

One of my favorite things I’ve purchased on here! It’s a long build, but not hard to do, especially if you have better tools than what come in the box. A ratchet with a hex bit will be your best friend! Yes, it’s a little flimsier than other bookcases but if you watch how you arrange things on it, it’s fine.

I absolutely love this book shelf. I needed something super narrow for the top of our rooftop pilot house and this is perfect and also looks amazing. Also not terribly difficult to assemble. Just be careful with the smaller pieces, if you tighten too much, they will splinter. I'm definitely considering buying a few more for other areas of my house.
