Pretty big fan of this chair, even though it’s not going to work where we’d hoped it would. Had hoped it would be a good option for my elderly mother, but it spins too easily and the arm rests don’t stay in place (the pads on top slide) when she wants to get out of it. The rest of us will use it instead. We’ll probably remove the phone holder, but I can see how that might be nice for someone holding a baby. Still, it’s comfortable, quality level matches the price, and the features work as they should. Feeling around for the buttons on the side to adjust the head rest, etc. could be easier, but again … very comfortable and works well.

This is a great chair! Very comfortable. It reclines, it has a lumbar adjustment and the headrest moves. The black cup holder heats or cools and there is a second one in the other arm. Very easy to assemble!!
