The ottoman did not inflate at all. The chair inflated but is very wrinkly. It also has no back support. I contacted Wayfair customer service and they were not helpful at all. They wanted to send me a replacement but then wanted me to return the damage one. They asked me to confirm about returning and said if I don't return in 30 days I will be charged a fee. I was trying to ask them what if I can't get it back into the box. They ended up cancel the text chat. So not even sure what is happening now. I should have bought this from another vendor that can handle returns easier and less complicated. They should have offered me a discount for this defective item but they did not.
