I really wanted to love this chair because it’s beautiful. The design is unique, stylish, and exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it arrived with damage in two different places, which was very disappointing. Customer service’s only solution was a 20 discount, which didn’t feel like enough given the condition it arrived in. On top of that, the screw covers for the ottoman didn’t even fit into the holes, so they couldn’t be installed properly. It’s a cute chair, but the quality control needs improvement, especially at this price point.
