Mine arrived with grease stains and an issue of Velcro on the back not being installed on wooden bar —- this caused me to not be able to cover the bar in the back —-

The chair looks good and it is comfortable, so I am happy with that! Assembly was not easy and was further complicated by fabric covering the screw holes in two different spots. Thankfully the holes were there, they were just concealed by the fabric but I had to poke holes in the material in order to get the screws in.Assembly directions could be better also.
