Cushions were not plush as pictured. All cushions were very flat even after continuous fluffing attempts. A week later, no improvement.

First of all it came in separate boxes 2 days apart? Then both boxes with chair pieces had instructions for a sofa sectional along with hardware for the sofa sectional. I was able to put it together. But it looks cheap. The arms are thin boards basically. I feel like I did not buy a 300.00 chair. Maybe a 80.00 chair.

The cushion and back pillow doesn’t puff out like the picture, even after 48 hours. The color is fantastic.

The chair is nice enough, good material, super wide, and comfortable. My issue with the chair is t really the chair, it’s the dimensions listed. I specifically bought this chair because the dimensions show the seat exceeding ADA heigh(which is 17-18 inches). The seat is not ADA height. Maybe if you weight less than 100 pounds and the cushion doesn’t sink too far the seat might be 14-15 inches. The cushion isn’t firm, so you sink in. The base measurement should be included so that people can make informed decision.

I only received the arm rests and am now trying to find out where the rest of the chair is!
