2 months in the zipper is broke on the back of one of them and the other one does not recline all the way and will not stay reclined. Definitely not satisfied for them out of money I paid

Very nice item. Super cozy. Massage and heat function is great for cuddling on cold days. Love it

It’s cheap garbage, a pain to assemble, and honestly not that comfy. The only reason it gets 2 stars is Vegas

It isnt very comfortable, but Im getting used to it. Also, I almost tipped over in it a couple times cause of the round base. It matches my other furniture almost perfectly, though, which is hard to do when you want pink cause there are too many shades of pink out there. Shipping was quick, and it was packaged well. There are more positives than negatives. So, its good. Thumbs up.
