Very uncomfortable not enough padding in seat

I really like this recliner, but it looks nothing like the pictures looked, it actually appears bigger in person. It does have heat and massage which is a very nice feature and it came very well packaged. I almost feel like I was actually sent the wrong recliner and it was not what I ordered, but I will not complain because this is actually a very nice recliner and a very nice gray color.

The recliner took just about 15 minutes to assemble. If the review was for the chair alone, I would give it five stars, as the chair is extremely comfortable and large enough for the tall members of our family (up to 6’4”). However, the recliner has a massage and heat function. The heat function works well, but I would say that the “massage” is more so a vibration than an actual massage.

This recliner is really nice, while it is on the small side. It was easy to put together. The massage and heat features work but the massaging is not really strong. The heat works nice. It is quite comfortable and the color is neutral and goes well with a lot of decor options.

Easy to assemble took less than 10 min and came nicely packaged. Very comfortable soft chenille seat that can swivel, rock and recline. The vibration for massage is nice and love that it has the heating option. Easy hand lever to recline and has 30 deg recline with 360 swivel.
