Buyer beware this product is awful it is not and I repeat not what the picture looks like this recliner is not worth your time or your money the pictures are deceiving and is the most uncomfortable recliner I ever had the misfortune of sitting on Wayfair refused to give me back my money only offered me $17 to refund me if I kept the product I kept the product only because it would cost me more money to ship it back to them and there was not a FedEx in my town I would have to waste my time my gas and my effort to get this fixed but rest assure once I pay off this recliner I’m going to donate it to the Goodwill because it’s something that a Goodwill would be carrying save your money save your effort go to a real furniture store

Chair doesn’t recline back to sit it only reclines back in full body position laying down . Not a good buy

This was a very well-made recliner. Uniquely packaged to fit in the smallest box possible! However, the one-motor operation means that as the footrest comes up, the seat back goes back. So you can't sit straight up with your feet up. It's a very odd chair and I returned it.

DO NOT BUY THIS THE WHOLE THING IS TOO SMALL BUT THE REAL PROBLEM IS THE POWER RECLINE. THE BACK LOWERS 85-90% OF THE WAY BEFORE THE LEGS LIFT AND IT ONLY LIFTS LEGS AROUND 5" OFF THE FLOOR-YEAH I MEASURED. THE HEAT FUNCTION AND MASSAGE AREN`T BAD SO FAR BUT I`M ONLY USING THIS UNTIL I GET ANOTHER CHAIR WHICH I WILL BUY IN PERSON, I`M DONE WITH WAYFAIR, THIS WAS MISREPRESENTED

I was really disappointed with this chair. To start, it was clear the chair was not new the cloth was dirty in multiple places, and it’s something you wouldn’t notice from pictures alone. The recliner functionality with the cup holders and tray table is a nice touch, but the massage feature is pointless. For the minimal vibration and low massage intensity, this chair shouldn’t even be marketed as a massage chair. The heating works, but it only heats the lower back area and nowhere else, which limits its effectiveness. Assembling the chair was another issue. It took us three hours just to figure out the proper direction for the bottom to be fixed—definitely too much of a hassle. Overall, while the recliner aspects are decent, the overall quality, misleading massage feature, and assembly challenges make it hard to recommend. For the price, I expected much better. If you just want to buy a plain recliner, I think this should be fine.
