Overall, the quality is great and it achieved full size within hours of taking off shrink wrap. It was packaged very well. It is not as firm as I had hoped and you do sink down a little bit. Going to add a lumbar pillow to help with support. My dog, on the other hand, thinks it's the most magnificent pet bed ever!

It’s ok but no head support and very low to the ground, not good for people 5’5 and taller

It looks good in the spare bedroom and the color blends in well. A great addition for the comfort of overnight guests when they get the urge to lounge and watch a movie. This piece is very comfortable and just the right size.
