So far, I am given that I bought this online and did not have the opportunity to sit in it beforehand. I am 5'2". My feet do not touch the floor when seated--just something to live with. The seating is firm. Powered seat and foot adjustment is convenient. The recliner is stylish and a good color choice in my living/den area.

My sister-in-law loves her chair! She likes that it can be close to the wall and still reclines all the way.

After a glitch with our delivery address, Wayfair customer service took care of us and we received our order with no problems. The quality of the material the Recliners were made of was excellent and we really like them.

This is a great Chair. Super comfy. Son used it freshman year in his dorm and it held up well and will be moving it to his apartment. Still in great shape!
