I'VE ONLY HAD THE RECLINER A WEEK OR TWO AND I'M STILL UNDECIDED ON IT'S COMFORT. THE MATERIAL IS STILL VERY STIFF BUT I'M AWARE IT WILL SOFTEN WITH USE. I FIND THERE IS NO SUPPORY FOR MY NECK SO I USE A NECK PILLOW. IT'S ALSO EASY TO ACCIDENTLY HIT THE HEATED SEAT BUTTON AS ALL THE CONTROL BUTTONS ARE ON THE INSIDE. THE BACK MASSAGE IS THE BEST FEATURE.

Big roomy firm chair Love the moveable headrest. Temperature too hot to use the heated chair part but I know it will be great in the winter. I highly recommend this chair for anyone looking for a firmer seat and back. We were looking for a chair that did not rock or swivel and this one met the criteria perfectly
