We have 2 1/2 chairs now. The second chair we ordered had stitching issues and Wayfair and the manufacturer replaced the base only fairly quickly. The new base still has a slight stitching issue but we can live with it. When I asked how to return the faulty base I was told not to return it and it can be thrown away. I asked several times if they would sell me the other part which is the back so we could use elsewhere in our home and they said no. So am I to toss this into a landfill? That is crazy! They should have replaced the whole chair. They also told me to donate it. Really?! Donate a swivel rocker recliner that has no back?
