I bought this for my granddaughter’s college apartment. It was such a hit with her roommates that they decided to buy another. It was an open box purchase that is absolutely perfect!

For the price this chair is worth it and very cute! It’s really comfortable and has a nice seat size for a smaller person. Maybe a new mom or your grandma. I’m 5’2” and I can sit completely back with my my feet on the ground. It’s very easy to recline back does not take very much pressure or strength

I was definitely skeptical of any recliner under 200, but this one is actually quite good! I was concerned about it being a pushback, because I honestly figured there’s no way it could ever be as comfortable as a lever release, but the pushback is fairly robust! I can comfortably lean back without fear of popping out the footrest. Now, the biggest drawback of this recliner is probably its size. If you are above a smallmedium sized person I can probably guarantee you this will not be comfortable. It’s not all that wide or super long. Me as a skinny 6’2 guy, if I was any bigger I wouldn’t fit. Overall though I’m quite happy with the value for money. UPDATE I have owned the recliner for one week. I pressed my elbow onto the chair armrest to sit up, and my elbow CAVED in the arm material. Must be some pressboard under there. Not a fluke either, it happened to the armrest on the opposite side as well. Revised to three stars.
