Hello, I'm not satisfied with my last Reclyner order. I'm knocking on wood and experiencing pain all along my back. I used it for three days and then put it aside. I no longer have the box. We thought the item was in good condition. How can I get a refund? How do I return the Reclyner? Thank you, Louiselle

This leather recliner is top-notch. The cushion provides excellent comfort and support. What I love most is how smoothly it transitions into the recline position. A perfect addition to our home!

The chair itself is very nice looking but very stiff and I think uncomfortable. My husband does use it some for reclining. And message as well

I would have wanted them to be a little bit more cushioned as well as a reclining rocking recliner not very satisfied with the product. We will replace soon as I pay them.

It is very nice looking, and the fabric is soft and brushed, but it is not very cushy. The recline mechanism is very hard to release and even harder to lock into a sitting position. The heat is nice, but where the massage is located makes hard spots in the seat. Overall, don't recommend unless it is just for looks.
