Unfortunately, I was not pleased with this chair. The color is definitely not beige in person—it appears much more like a light gray, which did not work with my space at all. There were also several loose seams and strings hanging from the chair, and the box arrived damaged during shipping. That being said, Wayfair’s customer service was absolutely unmatched. I contacted them, explained the condition of the chair and that I had already ordered a replacement and wanted to return this one. They went above and beyond by issuing me a full refund and simply asking me to keep the chair and donate it instead of going through the hassle of returning it. Although this particular item did not work out for me, the way Wayfair handled the situation reminded me exactly why I continue to shop with them. Their customer service will forever be top-tier in my opinion, and I am truly grateful for how quickly and kindly they resolved the issue. I will absolutely continue spending my money with Wayfair.

I recently purchased this chair and loved it so much, I bought another one. Exactly as pictured.

pros: good price for a decent sofa. cons: not as expected, arm rests are quite different (not sleek and slender like photo, more puffy), seat cushions are not detachable, color differed slightly, a bit uncomfortable i do appreciate they did allow a full refund though. but in the end, not for me
