The chaise lounge was easy to assemble. Came in 3 pieces as expected and didnt require tools to assemble. Very comfortable and looks great just like the picture. Will be ordering another in the future.

I was expecting this to be a freestanding chaise. It’s part of a sectional. It’s has a grommet on the side where you attach the rest of the couch which makes this impossible to use as a stand alone piece without a piece of plastic visible on the side.

I ordered the left arm chaise as pictured. I was sent a right arm instead and the pillow was missing. I notified Wayfair of the mistake, uploaded the required photo, and never received communication from Wayfair to resolve these issues, but instead I receive multiple marketing emails on a daily basis. The Kammy chaise is well constructed and exactly what I needed...if only it had been the left arm with a pillow that I ordered.
