Nice sofa. Pullout is comfortable but we still use a memory foam topper

Very unhappy. Cushions are collapsing where I regularly sit. They cannot be rotated or turned over as upholstery is not on the back or bottom of the cushions.

This has got to be the worst sofa sleeper I have ever spent the night on. First of all, the cushions and the mattress are firmer than firm. But the kicker is, the mattress is NOT queen size; it is a full 10 inches shorter than a standard queen size! How dare Wayfair rip people off by claiming this is a queen size? DO NOT BUY!!
