The overall idea behind the design is great... BUT when it comes to the actual design of assembly, assembly itself, and the paper-thin veneer (LITERALLY), this console is garbage and I can't believe it cost $200+. I would have shipped it back after opening it if it hadn't weighed 200lbs. Each rounded corner is an indivisible piece and once assembled makes the unit look very mismatched. Although the pieces are robust, the veneer was painted on with glue and was already peeling off on arrival because of the terrible packaging. Any little drag or knick on this unit is going to tear the fake wood paper right off. BEWARE AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.

We love the shelf we bought for our daughter for her 17th birthday to house her growing vinyl’s collection. However, my husband noted where the item had been damaged at some point in transport with some of the wood crushed/missing. He proceeded to out the item together with the hopes the damage would be in the back or otherwise out of sight. Unfortunately, it’s pretty front and center. It’s too bad really because we were so impressed by how the delivery men had put the heavy item right in our garage when we weren’t home to receive the item, but we didn’t realize at the time how the corner had been dropped somewhere along the way. I’m planning to file a complaint Monday.. fingers crossed we can make it right for our birthday girl.

Cool storage cabinet for part of my vinyl collection! Box had some initial damage on delivery but that was the fault of the carrier - damage unfortunately went through to the product. Prompt response to the issue by Wayfair and the manufacturer. Replacement parts shipped fast and my hubby put the unit together in about 2 hours. One of the screws broke during assembly - the hardware is a bit flimsy but they did provide 1 extra of that particular part so it worked out. Kitty approved. Very happy with the purchase.

These shelves are sturdy enough to bear the weight of my vinyl record collection. The design is clean and contemporary and I was able to place multiple stereo components neatly on the top. Assembly was fairly simple, taking about an hour to complete, using cam connectors, wood dowels and screws. The finish is a thin textured veneer of wood (or wood product) but is easily prone to damage if not handled with care. One of the corners was slightly crushed upon delivery, but overall it's a sturdy and attractive piece of inexpensive furniture that suits my needs. I bought 2 sets of the large console and stacked one on top of the other (without adding the feet to the second cabinet) to accommodate my collection.
