I was a little skeptical because this Kitchen Island was fairly inexpensive. I opted to pay to have it assembled and that was done today. I love it. It has as much space as i hoped since it was only 43" long and the cabinets and drawers are ample size to hold a lot of kitchen items. This is so much more useful than the table and chairs for two that I had there before. The Island is sturdy, attractive and versatile. The stools are very comfortable. My only complaint is that before ordering I called Wayfair customer service to find out if I could purchase the item but delay delivery. The person i spoke to assured me that as soon as I had a tracking number I could contact Fed Ex and reschedule. I got the tracking number too late to stop the delivery which came in two days instead of three as noted on the order. Most people would not complain about this but I had a flight the day of delivery; luckily it arrived before I had to leave for the airport. I was notified several times by the assembler and he arrived the day and time he said he would.

Screws dont screw into wood so assembly was impossible. Also, Wayfair has a terrible return policy. Regret buying this.

Has a lot of steps but overall easy steps to follow. Super useful as we have a small kitchen with little to no cabinet space so it gives us a lot more storage

We are very pleased with this purchase! Our new house needs an extra counter space and I know right away it's this Kitchen Island after all my research! I needed something that will match my new kitchen vibe. Our kitchen area is not that big so we need something that is just THE perfect size. It also comes with 2 stools that you can just tuck away and you don't even know it exist but it's there when you need it which is exactly what my hubby and I wanted! It has a leaf if you need more space and we decided to keep the leaf up this whole time and to me it looks better than closed. I had to do a deep search to find this one cause a lot of the ones that fit my budget shows the wheels and I don't like that but to each their own. So having the benefit of wheels while its hidden was a much needed "must-have" for me and this kitchen island has it! It doesn't feel cheap and given the price, it's worth it! Also the kitchen doors are "soft close" which is a really nice feature but the drawers are not. We highly recommend this product! Happy Fall! -Wifey of the house
