I was really hoping this bed would arrive in a crisp, clean, linen-white color, but it ended up more of a dingy tan-beige. That was a bit disappointing, especially since the color shown in Wayfair’s photos isn’t exactly what you get in real life. I also wish the headboard were a little taller, which would have made it feel more substantial in the room. By the time I had it fully assembled, though, I decided it wasn’t worth the hassle to disassemble and return it. Assembly itself was pretty straightforward and manageable, which I appreciated. The bed feels solid enough for a guest room, and for that purpose, the price point was right. In terms of performance, it does what a bed should do—supports the mattress well and functions as expected. My main disappointment is purely aesthetic: it just looks a little dingy and worn, rather than the bright, fresh look I had envisioned. Overall, it’s a decent, budget-friendly option for a guest room where functionality matters more than perfection. I’d be happy recommending it for that use case, but if you’re hoping for a true white linen appearance, be aware that the actual color is noticeably darker and warmer than it appears online.

The bed is gorgeous! The instructions to put it together? Not so much. But although it took three of us quite a bit of time to complete it, in the end I have a beautiful, sturdy place to sleep.
