Just set up this frame (California King Size) today. Instructions were easy to follow and I was able to set it up alone in under 2 hours. With a second person it would have been really quick, probably under 30 minutes if a second alan wrench was provided. Frame seems very sturdy. Headboard is not flimsy and upholstery is well supported. Will see how it holds up over time but at this point happy with the purchase.
