I got this bookcase for my little one, and overall I’m really happy with it. I wanted something that was sturdy, easy to organize, and would fit nicely in a child’s room without taking up too much space. This checked all of those boxes. Assembly was pretty straightforward. The instructions were easy to follow, and once everything was together, the bookcase felt solid and stable. It holds a surprising number of books, toys, and puzzles, which has made keeping the room organized so much easier. I also appreciate the neutral gray color because it blends well with just about any room decor. My only real complaint is the decorative design on the front. It’s cute for a younger child, but I was hoping for something that would grow with my little one a bit longer. As they get older, I’ll probably try to remove or cover the design so it has a cleaner, more timeless look. Thankfully, the gray finish itself is versatile enough that I think it will still work well in an older child’s room. Other than that, I really don’t have any complaints. The quality is good for the price, it feels durable, and it does exactly what I needed it to do. If you’re looking for a functional children’s bookcase with plenty of storage, this is a great option. Just keep the decorative design in mind if you’re hoping to use it for several years as your child grows. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

I love the size, shape, and style of this bookshelf, it is exactly what I was looking for in my little boy's room. However, he loves to climb on anything and everything that is not meant to be climbed on, and I'm a bit worried that this will bite the dust a bit too soon because of that. The books are supported by a pretty thin particle board. I will also say that the manufacturer's assembly instructions were not good at all. I could not assemble it without finding my own more stable work-around. Overall, it looks nice and is good for the price.

The shelf is pretty cute but I just didnt realize it came with little stenciled drawings on the top. Theyre ok but I would have preferred not to have them. Its sturdy, and seems like the perfect piece for our playroom

My order arrived quickly and well packaged. Putting it together was simple. When you get to steps 3 and 4, slide the slats (#6) in between the horizontal boards as you go to make it an easier build. The headboard has five images of the company's logo; I spray painted over them, and might spray paint the entire bookcase a soft gray, chalk paint. I am self publishing a children's book (planning on a series of six), and this bookcase, along with another bookcase and stools from Wayfair, will be with me at vendor markets and other venues. I like it.
