Product dies not match advertised product. Very dissatisfied...

Ive had terrible luck with Wayfair! This is what my ottoman looks like!

The order came in several days before it was expected so that was a nice surprise. The color is very nice, and the fabric is pretty. The biggest issue was that it came without instructions. There are holes drilled in the bottom that make no sense at all. There is also a big metal bar that we had no clue what it was for. We called Wayfair on a late Sunday afternoon and they were WONDERFUL. So very helpful!!!! They told me they would reach out to the manufacturer and have instructions emailed to me asap. Of course the representative apologized, but obviously it wasn’t Wayfair’s fault. It happens. I was so happy with the customer service that we received. I am telling everyone I know to buy from them for that reason alone!

The ottoman is bigger than I anticipated. It was very easy to put together. When I ordered it, I didn't even notice it has a internal storage compartment for a blanket or pillows. It is nice and cushy and fits the aesthetic perfectly. I love this ottoman.

This is a nice ottoman with the department to store items. I wanted to put this in my bedroom because I recently got a chair the same color. Goes well with my living room set the same color and everything.
