Very disappointed with this purchase. The bed arrived looking like it had already been opened and possibly returned by someone else. The packaging had clearly been opened before and then taped back up. When we checked the contents, we discovered that two of the legs were missing and the parts were not complete, so we couldn’t properly assemble the bed. I expected to receive a new, complete product, not something that appears to have been previously returned and repackaged. This was very frustrating and inconvenient. The seller should make sure returned items are properly inspected and that all parts are included before sending them to another customer.

Beautiful bed for my daughter she loves it so far. Adding more to her room will review the rest soon as everything comes in!!
