Great home bar and no flaws or scratches.. very happy

Terrible communication since order was placed. However, it was delivered in this crate and then under the crate is a box. When the item was brought into my home, it was brought in with this crate and the movers said they cannot take it out of the crate. I could not even see if the item was damaged or what it looked like until 4 hours later because it took 3 people to get it out of the crate. There was wood chips that broke off when they were bringing it in that my one pup found a chunk of wood and was chewing on it. The mess was very overwhelming. I am still in shock at this delivery and how we were left helpless. We are 2 seniors and do not have family to help. We ended up paying 2 neighbors to help us get it out of the crate and then it was boxed inside the crate to deal with. I get the box part and we were not upset over that, but the crate with nails and staples? Who delivers any kind of furniture like that? Just awful! The bar was beautifully made and we love it, but never will I order anything furniture wise from wayfair again.

Beautiful and fits perfectly. This is very heavy and takes 2 strong people to move it. Thank you to the delivery team!

This is a beautiful bar. The detail is well done. We had trouble telling the color from photos online and we were happy color was a little more on the cherry side than walnut. It arrived well packaged in a huge crate. The bar was fully assembled. You add the foot rail. You will need 2 people to unpack and add foot rail. The packaging was hard to remove with all the wood staples but rather that than damage.
