White glove delivery and assembly was exceptional. Bed and night stands are great quality. Solid materials, sturdy, well finished. Would highly recommend this bed to anyone.

This bed is fantastic. Really well made and beautiful. We were so excited to find the perfect bed made from a sustainable material. Assembly instructions could have been better (it was just a diagram showing how things go together with no written description), but I had no trouble assembling it by myself in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend this bed.

Overall a really appealing design but the construction lets it down, especially for how expensive it is. - The side rails are mounted quite high on the sideboard so the mattress sits on top of the bed frame rather than in it. Meaning the mattress can move side to side and slip off the frame. - Theres not enough clamping force between the headboard and the sideboards, so when you push on the top of the headboard, the frame flexes - The center rail is a piece of wood that just floats and isnt attached, so you can hear it move and if the bed frame isnt on level ground (I.e. you have a carpet under one half of the bed) one end of it will not be supported - The wood slats are quite a bit narrower than the frame, so they easily fall off the narrow side rails, and if you move side to side you hear them hit the side rails

Just delivered and installed with Wayfair's white glove service. delivery/assembly process was communicative, prompt, on time, and hassle-free. I'm really digging the bed set. Solid wood and HEAVY/substantial, which is what I wanted. It's low profile and sleek. Just the right height off the ground. Went with a slightly thicker mattress than the recommended 12" and it's perfectly fine. All my review-reading paid off this is a great set made out of solid bamboo wood.

Just assembled, pretty easy to put together, looks stunning and seems high quality materials. You get what you pay for on this.
