5 star rating for this armchair! It is great! The chair arrived in perfect condition and looks exactly as pictured on the website.

The color of the fabric is nowhere near what I thought it was going to be. I purchased the chair in the "Willow Putty", which online shows to be more of a cream color. The actual color is more of a tan/gray - sort of more of a taupe color. Highly disappointing! The material also feels plastic. The description of the fabric really needs to be more clear. There's nothing that really clarifies what the fabric is like. And, of course, more accurate color sample photos. Giving the chair a 3 out of 5 at best.

This chair is well made, very solid construction. The seat cushion is listed as being medium, but I would consider it to be more on the firm side. A big plus for me is it is American made. Legs are solid wood, available in four different finishes. It is difficult to ascertain exactly what the fabric will look and feel like until it is delivered, and unfortunately for me, it was not what I was expecting, thus the three star rating.
