This couch is advertised as a cloud sofa set but it is extremely hard. Not at all comfortable to sit or lay on. Not good for napping, watching movies, or anything the ad claims. It is also longer than 108" as my other couch is exactly 108" and I could not even attach the arms or it would not fit my space. My cats seem to like it, but I cannot find any comfort in it. I am highly disappointed in this expensive purchase. I cannot even return it so now I just wasted nearly $2000 financing a couch that I don't like or want. What a total rip off!!!!!

Nice quality, looks good, moderately comfortable- a bit stiff. Set up wasn’t too hard. Love the storage and cat hole
