I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of these side chairs, and they have been on my wish list for over a year now. Once I opened up the first box, I inspected the decorative chair back, and observed that the cut outs were never sanded down, leaving a very rough, sandpaper like finish. Then I tried to wipe off the dust inside the cut out. It was at that time I observed that the stain rubbed off using a microfiber cloth. Very poor quality. The bright side, Wayfair customer service was excellent, and they will issue a full refund!
