Old one wore out. Hope this one lasts as long. Did not see the lip in the photo & Didn't want a lip.

The chair mat arrived on time, well packaged. I let it rest a few days indoors to reach ambient temperature, then started to unwrap it and let it rest a few more days to start to loosen up. Finally was able to get it to unroll enough to get it flattened out and put weight on all corners plus in the center. After unrolling it, realized that Wayfair had sent me a mat with a lip. It’s not that big a deal so I am keeping it. It works well, does the job it was designed to do.
