Chaise de travail Wynnie

Chair is a nice addition to my bedroom desk area, I like the color and it is comfortable. One star off for arriving dirty and dented in a badly damaged box. Wayfair support was helpful but too bad that there were these quality control issues. The part that fastens onto the bottom of the chair was the wrong size for the holes on the underside of the chair, plus no washers were included. It took two weeks for the new part to arrive, still no washers so I purchased my own. Easy to put together, so far I do like it.

Not pink; its purple (lavendar). I did not listen to the other review that mentioned this and I should have...I sent it back.

Good quality and pretty color.

Absolutely loved it. Very nice material. Looks very elegant. Arrived quickly and easy to assemble.

this chair came super quickly, however upon opening the box, i found the holes in the bottom of the chair did not match the hydraulic base. I called customer service who said they would send me a replacement in the next week (August 2022), i got an email saying the replacement part would not arrive until November of 2022. in November I got another email saying it wouldn't arrive until March 2023. At this point I called customer service who said they would send me a replacement chair which came super quickly. Unfortunately, I again at the SAME issue where the hydraulic base did not match the holes drilled into the bottom of the chair. The only reason this is a 2 star review and not a 1 star review is that Wayfair is willing to refund me. however to get the refund I still have to go through the ordeal of hauling this large box back to a fedex to return their mismatched chair and base. Disappointing.
