For a chair that costs over $1,000, I expected so much better! I really want to love this chair, but unfortunately, I was sent what appears to be a customer return. It was literally written right on the box that the customer had refused delivery. The box arrived severely damaged, and when I opened just the first layer, I found shredded Styrofoam everywhere and packaging that had already been opened. At that point, I stopped unpacking it because I honestly wasn't sure what I was going to find underneath or whether the chair itself had been damaged. For this price point, I absolutely expected to receive a brand-new chair in brand-new packaging—not someone else's refused delivery. I'm reaching out to Wayfair now and hoping they make this right because I was really excited about this chair.
