So, this first of all is not BLACK! The front cabinet doors are BROWN. The sides are really dark grey. While it is heavy, it in no way looks like real wood as the finishes look more like a photo print. The top piece is slightly damaged (and was not seen (since you are working on it upside down). So disappointing! I would ship it back, except who is taking it apart again… buyer beware!

The piece is exactly as pictured Love it and am trying it out in different places: entry way, family room, and dining area. I like art deco and modern pieces that are functional in storage but allow for a display of a sculpture on its top. This stunning piece fits the bill.

Dramatic piece for entryway! Highly recommend.
