The bookcase looks cheap and has several scratches even though each piece was individually wrapped. The plastic wasnt damaged so the scratches must have been there before the parts were wrapped. To add insult to injury, the product is advsertised as “Full Service Delivery plus Assembly,” but they do not assemble it. The driver delivered it to the room of my choice, he proceeded to take a picture so he could complete the delivery and leave. When asked about assembly, the driver said they dont have time to assemble. We both contact customer service for them to provide a traditional apology and 10 credit for me to hire someone else to assemble it. Needless to say, the driver that was supposed to assemble it did not, from what I gather this seem to be the norm to not assemble the product even though it was advertised as such. If youre thinking like me, the assembly cost was built in to the price, as I assure you this product is not worth the price that it is listed for. (pics are only a few of the scratches)
